PE Gallagher(dropped)/Price-Sun
OP Zimmerman(dropped)/Teahen-Sun
OP Arroyo(dropped)/Happ-Sun
OP Happ(dropped)/Arroyo-Mon
PE Price(dropped)/Scherzer-Mon

Strategy: PE SP Price was used for stream SP
Max Scherzer for a start on Wednesday. OP was
very active dropping Zimmerman and Arroyo for
Teahen and Happ for today & Happ for Iwamura
for tomorrow. OP is making intelligent moves as
he increases AB's and innings today while using
Iwamura, who's likely to play both ends of a twin
bill tomorrow, as a possible source of Runs/BA/SB.

Game Keys: PE SP's Liriano/Gallagher & 1 closer
combined to throw 14.2 innings allowing 4 runs on
17 whip with 12 k's while earning a W. OP Oswalt/
Arroyo and 2 closers tossed 14 frames yielding 8
runs on 20 whip with 17 k's while earning a W and
2 Saves to lead the point by 2. PE offense kept up
a brisk pace going 12/36 with 10 runs, 2 homers, 8
rbi and 1 stolen base. OP offense continues to display
power going 11/33 with 6 runs, 3 homers and 7 rbi.
PE continues to control Runs and maintains slight
leads in SB/BA. PE leads 7-3 heading into the final
week of play.

Final Thoughts
:

PE has won the league and enters the league championship.

The Player's Edge participates in many leagues but elected to
follow a team in a Public League to better approximate what might
be faced by a wide majority of players that use the Edge daily.
This team plays in a standard 5x5 scoring format and drafted 7th
of 12 teams in a 21 round on-line live event in late March. We will
follow this team throughout the entire 2008 fantasy campaign.
