Strategy: PE dropped SP Weaver for SP stream
Byrd for Wednesday and closer Broxton for Saito.
Torre suggested that Saito was ready to resume
closing for the Dodgers. Beginning tomorrow PE
will have maximum roster flexibility as SP's make
their final starts of the season and can be used for
streaming opportunities. OP was quiet yesterday
but is likely to make several moves today.

Game Keys: PE SP's Harang/Price and 3 closers
combined to throw 14.2 innings allowing 6 runs on
21 whip with 14 k's while earning a W and 2 Saves.
OP SP Happ and 1 closer tossed 7.2 frames yielding
2 runs on 8 whip with 5 k's while picking up 1 Save.
PE offense continues to hit going 9/23 with 3 runs,
and an rbi. OP offense staggered a bit going 6/31
with 2 runs, 2 rbi and 1 stolen base. PE continues
to control Runs and maintains slight leads in SB/BA.
OP has big leads RBI/HR. PE leads in W/K/ERA/
WHIP with W/K/WHIP in play. PE maintains a
solid cushion in ERA while OP leads Saves by 1.
The match stands at 7-3 in favor of PE.

Final Thoughts
:

PE has won the league and enters the league championship.

The Player's Edge participates in many leagues but elected to
follow a team in a Public League to better approximate what might
be faced by a wide majority of players that use the Edge daily.
This team plays in a standard 5x5 scoring format and drafted 7th
of 12 teams in a 21 round on-line live event in late March. We will
follow this team throughout the entire 2008 fantasy campaign.
